Once the email has been approved, it can be pushed from Stensul to your existing email service provider (ESP) or marketing automation platform (MAP) for deployment. No more copying and pasting.
1. Kick off email creation from Workfront
Start the email build process automatically when a new project or task is created in Workfront. Workfront Fusion triggers Stensul to generate a new email draft based on the project details — no manual handoff required.
2. Collaborate in Stensul
Your team builds and edits the email in Stensul’s no-code, collaborative environment. Templates, brand guardrails, and pre-approved components ensure compliance and speed.
3. Submit for review in Workfront
Once ready, the email is sent as an HTML proof to Workfront’s native proofing tool. Stensul users can associate the proof with a specific project and task for easy tracking.
4. Review, comment and approve in Workfront
Stakeholders review the email directly in Workfront, add comments, and request revisions — all without jumping between tools.
5. Finalize and send
Once approved, the email is pushed directly from Stensul to your Email Service Provider (ESP) or Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), eliminating copy-paste errors and delays.
