How the Stensul and Workfront integration works

Getting an important email out the door can be time-consuming, especially when it comes to the approval process. Stensul has solved this challenge with a seamless integration with Workfront. Users can quickly and easily build emails in Stensul, and then send them securely to Workfront for review and approval.

As comments come in, users can make edits and then pass updated versions of an email seamlessly back into Workfront for final approval. Once the email has been approved, it can be pushed from Stensul to your existing email service provider (ESP) or marketing automation platform (MAP) for deployment. No more copying and pasting.

1. Kick Off Email Creation from Workfront

Start the email build process automatically when a new project or task is created in Workfront. Workfront Fusion triggers Stensul to generate a new email draft based on the project details—no manual handoff required.

2. Collaborate in Stensul

Your team builds and edits the email in Stensul’s no-code, collaborative environment. Templates, brand guardrails, and pre-approved components ensure compliance and speed.

3. Submit for Review in Workfront

Once ready, the email is sent as an HTML proof to Workfront’s native proofing tool. Stensul users can associate the proof with a specific project and task for easy tracking.

4. Review, Comment & Approve in Workfront

Stakeholders review the email directly in Workfront, add comments, and request revisions—all without jumping between tools.

5. Finalize & Send

Once approved, the email is pushed directly from Stensul to your Email Service Provider (ESP) or Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), eliminating copy-paste errors and delays.
