It’s always a good feeling to start off the year with good news. Built In, a professional organization serving the enterprise and startup technology community, announced its list of the 50 Best Small Places to Work in NYC for 2021 and stensul made the cut. As the leader of a fast-growing tech startup where we put an immense amount of focus on making stensul an incredible place to work, it feels great to have this kind of recognition.
Built In’s Best Places to Work list ranks companies on compensation data and benefits and culture programs. This year, Built In updated its ranking algorithm to more heavily weigh two criteria: Commitment to DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) initiatives and remote work opportunities, both issues stensul takes very much to heart. More than ever before, we are striving for representation at all levels of the org, and working to create an environment where people of all backgrounds feel like they truly belong through workshops, education, and inclusive employee programming.
