We’re proud to share that Stensul has once again been recognized on Forbes’ list of America’s Best Startup Employers, and this year, we’ve climbed even higher.

In 2026, Stensul ranked #42 out of 500 honorees, placing us in the top 10% of startup employers nationwide.

That’s a meaningful jump from last year’s #112 ranking, where we were in the top 25%. Progress like that reflects intentional growth in our business and in how we build our team.

The rankings, developed in partnership with market research firm Statista, evaluated more than 3,000 startups across the U.S. and assessed companies based on three key criteria: employer reputation, employee satisfaction, and company growth.

That combination matters.

Strong growth without strong culture isn’t sustainable. And strong culture without forward momentum isn’t enough. The balance between the two is what defines long-term success.

At Stensul, we’ve trademarked Governed Creation™ — the idea that structure enables speed. While that philosophy shapes our platform for enterprise marketing teams, it also shapes how we operate internally. Clear ownership, aligned priorities, high standards, and thoughtful collaboration allow us to scale without chaos.

“As we grow, we’re deliberate about how we build — not just what we build,” said Rachel, Chief Revenue & Marketing Officer at Stensul. “Governed Creation™ is about creating with confidence. That mindset extends beyond our platform and into how we lead, collaborate, and scale as a company.”

Being recognized again on the Forbes best startup employers list— and moving into the top 10% — validates the work happening across the organization.
Forbes’ evaluation criteria included:

  • Employer reputation: Strength of company culture, strategy, and employee engagement
  • Employee satisfaction: Retention, benefits, flexibility, and inclusivity
  • Growth: Headcount expansion, hiring momentum, and organizational trajectory

This recognition reflects a team that is ambitious, disciplined, and deeply collaborative — a team focused on building something enduring. And we’re just getting started.

As we continue expanding the Governed Creation™ Platform and partnering with the world’s most complex enterprise marketing teams, we’re also growing our own team. We’re hiring across customer success, operations, product, and sales.

If you’re looking to join a company where structure fuels speed, accountability drives impact, and growth is built to last, explore our open roles and help shape what’s next.
