Prompt gallery

Copy-ready prompts for drafting, editing, images, checks and audience versions. Paste one into any host connected to Stensul.

Replace the <placeholders> with your own library, email and campaign names. Naming the library makes every prompt faster and more accurate. Written from the server's documented workflows (stensul://workflows/email and the help-center step-by-step guide).

First draft from a one-line brief

Your first test after connecting.

Using Stensul, create a draft email in the <library name> library announcing <what you're announcing>. Audience: <who>. Tone: warm and brief. One call to action linking to <https://your-link>. Pick the best approved template, write real copy for every editable text and button, and show me a preview.

See what you can build with

When you don't know library names yet.

List the Stensul libraries I can use. For each, tell me in one line what it's for, which languages it supports, and whether it supports audience versions (Segment Sets).

Start from an existing email

Reuse a proven email for a new campaign.

Find the Stensul email "<email name>" and make a new draft from a copy of it called "<new name>". Keep the structure. Rewrite the copy for <new campaign>, keep every link unless I give a new one, and show me a preview.

Draft from an attached brief

You have a .docx or PDF brief.

Build a Stensul email from the attached brief in the <library name> library. Use the brief's exact wording where it gives it. Show a preview, then list anything from the brief you couldn't fit and why.

Draft from a Workfront brief

The Adobe Workfront MCP is connected to the same host.

Get the brief from the Workfront project "<project name>", field "<field name>", and build a Stensul draft from it in the <library name> library. Show me a preview and the edit link.
Uses (Workfront MCP), build-email

Fix alt text across an email

Before review.

Check every image in the Stensul email "<email name>". For any image with missing or generic alt text, look at the image and write one concise description (under 125 characters). Leave existing good alt text alone. Tell me what you changed.

Set subject line and preheader

After the body is done.

Suggest three subject lines under 50 characters and three preheaders under 90 characters for my Stensul draft "<draft name>". After I pick, set them on the draft.

Make a translated version

Another market needs the same email.

Make a <language, e.g. French (fr-FR)> version of the Stensul email "<email name>". Copy it, keep the structure, translate every editable text and button, keep the links, and show me a preview.

Write audience versions

The library supports Segment Sets.

In my Stensul draft "<draft name>", make the opening section dynamic using the "<segment set name>" Segment Set. Write a version of the headline and button for each audience in that set, then summarize what each audience will see.

Apply campaign tracking

Every link needs UTMs.

Apply our campaign tracking to every link in the Stensul draft "<draft name>" with campaign "<campaign value>". Follow the library's tracking rules and tell me if any required value is missing.

Pre-send quality check

Before you hand off to review.

Run Stensul's accessibility and quality check on "<email name>". Fix what you can within the email's rules, run it again, and give me a short list of what still needs a person.

Remove or hide a section

Trimming a template.

In the Stensul draft "<draft name>", remove the <describe the section, e.g. second feature block>. If anything else would be lost with it, tell me first.

Switch a styling variation

The library has named variations.

Which styling variations does the library of my Stensul draft "<draft name>" offer? Apply "<variation name>" and show me a preview.
